How fast will my Umgee order ship?
Orders process in 3-5 business days and then ship by USPS, usually arriving in 2-3 days. Shipping is a flat $8.95 on U.S. orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. Free local pickup is available at our Jasper or Cullman store; pickup orders also take 3-5 business days, are not available same day, and we call when yours is ready.
Can I return Umgee items?
Regular-priced Umgee items can be returned for store credit if they are postmarked within 14 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached, and started through our online return portal. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless return coverage was purchased at checkout. Final sale, clearance, holiday and percentage-off items cannot be returned.
