SHIPPING

All U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE SHIPPING.

We offer Flat Rate shipping for only $8.95 on all U.S. orders under $100. All shipments will take approximately 4-5 business days for processing time. WE DO NOT OFFER EXPEDIATED SHIPPING. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing. You must be signed up for email notifications in order to receive a tracking number. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.  Local pick ups are also processed within 3 to 5 business days and are not available for same day pick up. 

 ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEBSITE CANNOT BE COMBINED FOR SHIPPING FOR ORDERS MADE ON THE APP OR LAVISHBOUTIQUE.SHOP

COUPONS MUST BE ENTERED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. WE CANNOT ADD COUPONS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.


  • We have now made available the option to purchase Seel package protection at checkout for such instances. Should either event occur, you will contact Seel directly at returns@seel.com.  

 

Package Insurance Includes:  

 

  • Theft or Loss of your Parcel 
  • In the event of Theft of Loss of your Parcel, Seel will either reimburse you up to the Covered Amount shown on your Certificate of Insurance or we may choose to arrange for the shipment of a replacement Parcel. 

 

  • Damage to your Parcel 
  • In the event of Damage to your Parcel during Transit, Seel will reimburse you for the repair costs up to the Covered Amount shown on your Certificate of Insurance. Your order confirmation will contain a link to Seel customer service with instructions on how to make a claim if necessary.  

 

  •  Return Shipping of Damaged Parcels 
  • In the event your Parcel is Damaged during Transit and you need to return the Damaged Parcel, Seel will reimburse you for return shipping costs (up to the value of the original shipping cost paid) that you pay to a courier in order to return the Damaged Parcel. Seel pays these return shipping costs in addition to the Covered Amount shown on your Certificate of Insurance. 


CANCELLATIONS and/or PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed yet. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 3 to 4 business days to process through your financial institution. We are unable to make price adjustments or add coupon codes to orders after they are placed. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.
