Refund and Shipping Policy
After completing the checkout process from Lavish Boutique, you will receive a confirmation email, which confirms that you have successfully fulfilled a product transaction. Lavish will then ship the products you have purchased, shipping within the method you chose during checkout. You will then be notified when products have been shipped or if products are on back order. Processing time is 3-5 business days.

Items are eligible for return if the following conditions are meet!!
All items have to be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. Items have to be returned within 14 days of the date you received them.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us via email at info@lavishboutiqueclothing.com or call us at 205-265-2911. (Option 1) All Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of your package.
To make a return:
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping are non-refundable.You will receive an online credit for your returned items. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us.
Once your package is received please allow up to 3 days for return processing.
When your return has been processed we will issue a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We will email you a notification that your return has been processed with your store credit information.
